About Flavor



Hello fellow cooks,

I love to create wonderful and tasteful food. I sometimes use existing recipes from the internet as inspiration. The one thing I can't stand is going out to eat with my lovely wife and ordering BLAND food. I don’t care if it is vegetarian, healthy, or over the top food, it should still taste good. Come on Chefs, herbs are healthy, frigging start using them!

One of the things I will be showing in my recipes is how to build depths of flavor. One easy way is by using different stocks instead of just water. Try using shrimp stock or chicken stock when making rice, orzo, or quinoa.

I will be giving out my secrets to making chicken/beef/shrimp/vegetable broths at home. I will be showing you some of my at home secrets for canning, processing and eating healthy on a budget!

So season your cast iron, sharpen your knives, fire up the pressure cooker, and get ready!
